We would like to provide a further update regarding the recent closures at Mosman Swim Centre.
As you know, we have been working hard to address the ongoing issues with the pool temperature. We previously informed you about the necessary boiler replacement, which was scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, September 4th.
However, during the course of these repairs, we identified the need for additional compliance work to bring our plant room up to standard, given the age of the facility. This compliance work is crucial for the long-term functionality of the pool.
Due to these necessary repairs, we regret to inform you that the Swim Centre will remain closed for swimming lessons until at least Monday, September 16th. We understand that this extended closure will cause further inconvenience, and for this, we sincerely apologise.
As a token of our appreciation for your continued patience and understanding, we would like to offer you a complimentary family visit pass to Lane Cove Aquatic Centre. During this period, you can simply scan your card to access the swimming facilities with your family.
We are committed to ensuring that the Mosman Swim Centre is brought up to the highest standards, and we look forward to welcoming you back once these important works are completed. Your child's swimming progress and your satisfaction remain our top priorities.
