Here at BlueFit we pride ourselves on keeping our local communities safe. To help ensure our local teams are implementing the best procedures to facilitate safety of all patrons and staff, our teams regularly participate in the ‘Roadshow’.
What is the ‘Roadshow’?
As part of our national strategy, every 6 months a team of dedicated operational and safety professionals visit the facility and thoroughly review and revise all of our processes and procedures.
This year our facilities were fortunate enough to have Tommy Hughes (National Operations Manager), Joel Perricone (National WHS Manager), Jo Dawson (BlueFit CXO) and Brett McEwin (BlueFit General Manager) visit.
The team visited the big, the small and everything in between facilities, providing all of our local teams with hands-on safety, operational and customer service training. This includes updating every staff member’s first aid and lifeguard qualifications. Further to this, each facility underwent a full evacuation training.
We are proud to say that with the refreshed training, our facilities are now prepared for the upcoming autumn/winter season.
