Join our team of incredible instructors as they host our weekly aqua aerobic classes.
Aqua aerobics offers a host of incredible benefits for those seeking a low-impact yet highly effective workout. Exercising in the supportive environment of water significantly reduces the impact on joints and muscles, making it ideal for individuals with injuries, arthritis, or other physical limitations.
Plus, the social aspect of our group classes fosters a sense of community, motivation, and fun, making it an enjoyable and sustainable way to stay fit and healthy.
Our aqua classes run at the following times:
- Monday at 8:15am
- Tuesday at 8:15am
- Wednesday at 8:15am
- Saturday at 4:15pm
Please be advised that you are required to book in for a Group Fitness class. All classes are available for members only. There is a maximum of 30 people per class. Bookings are only available up to 7 days in advance.
